The experiential workshop allows participants to gain practical experience through the simulations, and to gain understanding and perspective through the debriefing and inquiry process. The simulation scenarios are customizable and represent common interpersonal conflict situations. Professional actors play the roles of the conflictual “other.” After each simulation, professional facilitators lead the group through a video-based debriefing and reflexive inquiry process that includes feedback from the group and the actors.
HaLev offers in-person and online, one-time and multi-session workshops to meet your specific needs.
